This young girl has grown up within the Romefeller Foundation, and she has a frightening love of war. More than anything, Dorothy would love a battle to break out right before her eyes, and it'd be even better if she could be a part of it or if it contained Gundams. She is sent to the Sanc Kingdom as a representive from Romefeller, but she despises Relena's teachings of total pacifism. Dorothy is a great actress at times - she can be sweet and polite to keep Relena guessing, and then she turns around and strike like a snake. She has an obsession with the Gundam pilots as much as she does of war, and considers herself a spy of sorts for Romefeller. After helping to undermine the Sanc Kingdom's school, Dorothy heads to space and joins Milliardo Peacecraft and the White Fang.
