Mariamaia is the 7-year-old daughter of Treize Kushrenada and the granddaughter of Dekim Barton. She appears in Endless Waltz and desires to rule the world in her father's place. To do so, the Barton Foundation must launch the real Operation Meteor, and capture Relena Peacecraft. However, Mariamaia is merely a puppet controlled by her grandfather, and she has no idea what war, terror and fear really are. In the end, she is adopted by Lady Une, and slowly begins to live her own life.
