Walker was a soldier who sided with Zechs at the start of the anime. He was one of the Specials, with fairly good battle skill and a desire to please his superiors. He located the partially built Tallgeese for Zechs, but later got involved in a battle against the Gundams where some poor decisions were made by the Alliance. He died honorably, hoping his fight would aid future soldiers.
Lt. Otto is a soldier under Zechs, and he seems to know something about Zechs' past - though it's unclear how he is aware of Zechs' real identity. Otto joins Zechs and Noin in the battle to reclaim the Sanc Kingdom, but after witnessing Zechs' heart attack in Tallgeese and overhearing Noin state that the Tallgeese is unsuitable for piloting, Otto decides he'll take the mobile suit on a suicide mission to help Zechs. Though Zechs and Noin plead for him to stop and return to base camp, Otto takes off in Tallgeese and conquers the Sanc Kingdom from the Alliance, killing himself in the process. His last words are "Long live King Zechs!!".
