Pargan is an elderly gentleman who drives Relena around in her pink limo. However, before he joined the Dorlian family as a personal assistant, he was once an assistant in the Sanc Kingdom. Pargan also acts as a bodyguard to Relena, he can easily remember Milliardo Peacecraft, and knows the truth about the two siblings' identities.
