Quinze is a colonist rebel who is in charge of finding a suitable leader for the White Fang. He runs across Zechs Merquise in a colony coffee shop and makes him an offer. Though Zechs becomes White Fang's leader, Quinze hovers in the background ready to take over in case he feels Zechs isn't doing what needs to be done.
