Episode Zero is a manga that chronicles events which took place in the main characters' lives before the series actually begins. There are five total, one for each main character - Heero, Duo, Trowa, Quatre, Wufei and Relena. Other main characters (Treize, Noin and Zechs) all appear in these stories as well. The following is are the basic plots for each characters' story.

Note: I was recently informed by a GW fan that the Episode Zeroes are available in a single book on Amazon.com. This book is the same one I have, and it also includes the unfinished manga "Preventer Five" in it. The cover is an orangish color and features the five pilots from Endless Waltz on the front.
